Co-operative housing - Ringwood in RINGWOOD, Victoria for sale

A housing co-operative invites applications from prospective member/tenants to be considered for a modern apartment with three bedrooms/two bathrooms in the Ringwood area.
Strengths of co-op housing include security of tenure, affordable rents based on the household income, and democratic control by the members.
Eligibility
The following eligibility requirements apply:
- Bedroom allocation: one adult with two or more children, couple with one or more children, or three adults
- Income - households can earn up to $1,742 weekly gross income to be eligible
- Asset limits are $30,000 for a single adult and $60,000 for a couple
As well as meeting the above criteria, the Co-Op is looking for enthusiastic people who will participate in the shared responsibility for the day to day operation of the co-op.
