A cabinet making factory located in Ringwood Melbourne. All set up with a saw and edge machine with a Blum hole table which can also be used. This is my equipment and am happy to allow the right person to use my equipment at their leisure between the hours of 7am - 3pm daily as unfortunately I am on site most of the time during the day and don't get back to the factory till the afternoon. The $1200 per week will cover all the equipment used, rent and the electricity used. You will have your own lock up storage room in the factory also. Located in an industrial area with plenty for good neighbors. Cafe a two minute walk and close to Ringwood shopping centre and train station. Please only serious cabinet makers need apply.
